Frequently asked questions

Can I still control the switches physically?
Yes. Physical touch control remains available on every board we build.
What happens if Wi-Fi stops working?
The physical controls continue to work. Your board behaves like a normal switchboard even when your internet is down — you only lose app and remote control until Wi-Fi is back.
Can I control a fan?
Yes. The smart board controls fan ON/OFF while the regular fan regulator controls speed.
Do I need a hub?
No. The board connects directly to your home Wi-Fi.
Can I use my existing wiring?
The board is designed as a replacement for compatible existing switchboards, but installation should be checked and performed by a qualified electrician.
Can you make a custom layout?
Yes. Every board is built to order — choose your exact mix of lights, fans, sockets and other controls.
